How Our Process Works

We work directly alongside your architect and builder as a collaborative partner, not an afterthought. From reviewing floor plans and selecting structural finishes to specifying lighting layouts, cabinetry details, and custom millwork, we ensure that the bones of your home are designed to support the interiors from day one.

Once construction is underway, we continue to guide all interior selections, including flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures, and hardware, and we manage the full furnishings and décor process so that your home is completely finished and move-in ready when construction is complete.

We have worked on new construction projects ranging from 1100 square foot condos to 21,000 square foot homes across Winter Park, Maitland, Windermere, Lake Nona, and beyond.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Abby and her team at Wolfe-Rizor! We did a full renovation and design plan that included taking the existing home down to the studs and adding additional square footage to the existing footprint. They are/were very attentive, thoughtful, creative, and incredibly responsive throughout our entire process. Abby listened to what we wanted, while bringing ideas and expertise that made our home even better than we imagined. Abby has the ability to balance beautiful, creative design work with practical, livable solutions. We have 4 young children and balance was on the forefront of our minds when we came up with a design plan. Abby and Leah are/were always willing to help, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making sure we loved the end result. We absolutely love our home and would highly recommend Wolfe-Rizor to anyone looking for an interior design team that is talented, thoughtful, professional, creative, wonderful and easy to work with. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We loved working with Wolfe-Rizor on our house build. The best compliment I get from people who visit our finished house is, "this feels so warm and comfortable. I want to stay here forever." Hattie and Abigail gave us wonderful ideas to maximize our space and help with the flow of the rooms. I like a very neutral color palette and they followed that but also brought in warmth and a lived-in vibe with color and layers. They helped me create a modern home with classic lines and colors that will age beautifully. Also, Leah was super helpful, responsive, patient and wonderful to work with through the many back and forth conversations and orders. If you need to hire a designer, I highly recommend the team at Wolfe-Rizor - you won't be sorry!
