Terms of Service for Wolfe-Rizor Interiors

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services provided by Wolfe-Rizor Interiors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Services: The interior design services to be provided by us to you as detailed in our Proposal.

Proposal: Our estimate for providing the Services, which unless otherwise stated, remains open for acceptance for a period of 30 days.

Contract: The contract formed between you and us, as detailed in clause 2.

2. The Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all Services and will form the basis of the Contract between you and us. A legally binding Contract between you and us will be created when you accept our Proposal.

3. Interior Design Services

We will ensure that our Services are provided with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with best trade practice. Our Services, and any guidance we provide, will be from an interior design perspective only; you must gain specialist advice from architects, building control, structural engineers, or other specialist contractors or trades where applicable.

We will provide you with a number of designs which will need to be approved by you in writing. We will accommodate a maximum of two revisions to your chosen design. Any further alterations, any changes to the original brief, or any changes required after you have approved the design will be chargeable at our hourly rate applicable at the time.

Any sketches or impressions we provide are intended for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to provide an exact specification of the works to be provided, nor to guarantee specific results.

It is your responsibility to check all dimensions and measurements set out in any plans we provide. It is the builder or contractor’s responsibility to report any discrepancies to us prior to any construction or building work starting.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with all necessary information, access to the property, and decisions in a timely manner to enable us to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to us.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees for the Services will be set out in the Proposal. We will require a deposit before commencing the Services. The balance of our fees will be payable in installments as set out in the Proposal. All payments are non-refundable.

6. Purchasing and Procurement

We may make recommendations for furniture, fittings, and other items to be purchased for the project. We can also procure these items on your behalf. All such items will be charged to you at the cost price plus a procurement fee as set out in the Proposal. We will not be responsible for any defects in any items purchased on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

We will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in all designs, drawings, and other documents we create in the course of providing the Services. We grant you a license to use these documents for the purpose of the project for which they were created.

8. Liability

Our liability to you in respect of any breach of our obligations under the Contract or any other liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will be limited to the total fees paid by you to us for the Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Contract by giving written notice to the other party. If you terminate the Contract, you will be liable to pay us for all work carried out up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country] and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State/Country].
